Am i experiencing workout burnout? (ASAP)?

Listen to your brother he's right. You are doing too much. Doing more that one hour of cardio is not doing you any good. After an hour of cardio you are just burning muscle which is not what you want to do. You need to drink plenty of water, take a multivitamin everyday, eat 6 small meals per day in order to lose weight. You should be eating healthy foods not processed foods and sodas. I wouldn't work out for a couple of days just to make sure your body has recovered.
