Germany AT fault for causing WWI?

um , I don't really think this is a good question cause historically speaking it isn't really true . Sure, the Versailles Treaty and France in particular was very fond of making Germany take full responsibility but in reality it wasn't more at fault than other countries and certainly not more at fault than Austro-Hungarian Empire and Serbia .
