How much would it cost to take the turbo out of a Nissan Skyline R34 GTT?

It wouldn't cost anything just to take the turbo out, but it sure wouldn't run well. The engine's computer is tuned for a turbocharged engine, so if you take the turbos out, then you will more than likely trigger trouble codes or cause it to flood out when you are driving. So, the expensive parts, would be connecting the exhaust to the engine through the stock manifold, just without the turbochargers, and the custom tuning required.
