My bf is leaving from japan & he got this skylineR33.Do you think he could bring it to our country Philippine?

he just bought his skyline car..he wanted to bring it to our country..im just wondering if he could use it in our country 'coz i believed it is a lefthand drive in philippines while japan cars are righthand drive.. i hope to hear all your answers..thanks.
