My implants hurt so bad 24 hrs after the surgery was it that bad for anyone else?

i just had 450cc undert he muscle silicone yesterday 24hrs ago, i hurt so bad when they sent me home, especially my spine in my back hurt, i couldent keep still and i was screaming and yelling at my boyfriend,(sorry babe) i took 2-10/325 percocets 2-500mg tylenols, and waited about 2 hrs to tak 2-5mg valiums, and waited a few hrs in hell for themt o kick in but im still hurting somewhat bad and i cant get comfortable on my back only a little on my side, can anyone relate? or tell me it hurt them that bad so i know im gonna make it through this?
