Spiders, i think jumping spiders?

We bought a used car that seems to be infested with spiders. Jumping ones I think,,,, they are mostly black and some have red or white I think. We live in upstate NY, if that helps. We are thinking of putting bug bombs in the car and trunk. Will that work? Do these bite?,,, I am allergic to bees and carry epi pen.
