If Firestone did the alignment 10 months ago and everything seemed fine afterward, I recommend you return to Firestone and make them check whether the front shims "came out". That particular van takes shims to align the front camber and caster. If those shims have indeed come out, you would still go straight. It changes your suspension angle, which could cause front-engine shaking, such as taking bumps hard.
