I'm not experienced in marriage matters but you seem such a brave man to bear with this behaviour all these yrs.I think you both should have an open heart conversation about your needs.It sounds like your wife isn't happy and she searches to find another source of even superficial and instant joy.You're a decent person and both you and your lady deserve to find real peace and happiness,even if that means a separation.You both have my full support and my wishes for the best solution.Don't give up.God will show your way !
