Who thinks that double British Summertime is a good idea?

I found it amusing this week to read that Tim Yeo MP has teamed up with the Daily Express to campaign for double British Summertime, giving us an extra hour of daylight each evening, it went on to say that it would be probably tried out for three years as a test. Now! who else remembers this happening in the seventies, three years of test, then nothing came of it as the Scottish farmers objected to the idea. I personally think it would be great, it would save on energy, and also it would bring us in line with Europe, Who else agrees?
