Why do libs say Europeans live longer than us when if you took out murder it'd be the same?

Fact: the same libs who like to take out their liberal media statistics to show that Europeans live longer than us fail to bring up one important thing: the only reason these Europeans "live longer than us" is because we have a higher murder rate than them. If you took out the murder rate in America, you would find that we live just as long as they do. So why do libs bring up their failed statistics and not take something important into consideration. If Americans weren't being murdered we would have the same life expectancy as Europeans, but libs like to leave out that fact, don't they?
