Conversions -- can anyone help me?

I'm trying to rewrite a table that has meters on one side and the temperature in degrees C on the other side, so that it will have kilometers on the first side. How do I subsequently change the temperature so that it matches the new elevation in meters? I'm confused. Can you help me out? Thanks so much!
