Is this a fair fantasy hockey trade?

I think a better question is is there a reason it wouldnt be fair? I mean if one player is just looking for a goalie and the other has a good goalie and needs another forward then why wouldnt it be fair. I mean if the two people are trying to stack one team so that they basically automatically win and then split the winnings then i would say its not fair. but hey. if they arent doing that then why not let it go? its their players and their choice.
